1. Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

Yes, you may register an account  at first or direct check out . our system will automatically create an account with the email you filled on the checkout page after you clicked the [Pay Now] button.

2. How do I /create an account?

Please click on the portrait icon at the top of the site， it will takes you to regiser/login page, and then fill in your personal particulars. you can also direct check out and  let our system create an account for you with your email address.

3. How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

4. I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

5. How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

6. Can I amend and cancel my order?

After you place your order, we will prepare all the products in the order within 2-3 working days, and take photos and videos of them. We will send the photos and videos to you for confirmation via Whatsapp or MMS according to the mobile phone number in your order address. If you don’t like the purchased products, you can reply to us to cancel the order and get a full refund.

7. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You need login your account at first and then check out, you can select your coupon from the Coupon drop-down box at the bottom of the checkout page and click the Apply button on the right.

8. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You may check the status of your order in “My Orders” section of your account center (need you login your account first).  At the same time, we will also send you an email and SMS to inform you that your order has been successfully paid and is waiting for our processing.

9. When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Singapore Time (UTC/GMT +8hours).

10. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After completing the order, we need 3 working days to adjust, inspect and pack the purchased items. We will use USPS, DHL and FedEx to send the order according to the situation, and all customs duties are included. It takes about 7-15 days to deliver.
