PACKAGING：

Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original gift box) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you. We will perform a thorough quality check of our product prior to delivery to ensure that you receive an unparalleled product.
